Privacy policy
We collect very little, we use it only to run the shop, and we never sell it. Here is exactly what happens to your information.
Who we are
Elite Defense Equipment, LLC, 17049 Pettyjohn Road, Milton, DE 19968. Questions about this policy go to elitedefenseequipment@gmail.com or (302) 339-9129.
What we collect
- Range bookings. When you book a session, the form asks for details such as your name, phone number, email address and preferred time. The form is run by Tally (tally.so) and your answers are emailed to us so we can confirm the booking.
- Calls, texts and email. If you contact us, we see your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
- Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site: pages viewed, the site that referred you, your approximate location (city level), and your device and browser type. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. We also count clicks on our phone number, text link, email link and directions links so we know which pages help people reach us.
How we use it
To confirm and run range sessions, answer your questions, and improve the website. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Services that see your data
- Google Analytics: site usage statistics. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Tally: the range booking form.
- Google Maps: the maps on our contact and town pages are loaded from Google, which may set its own cookies.
- Google Fonts: the site's typefaces are loaded from Google.
Each of these services handles data under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Booking details and messages are kept only as long as we need them to serve you and keep ordinary business records. Analytics data is kept under Google Analytics' retention settings.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser, use the opt-out add-on above, or ask us to delete booking details you have sent us by emailing elitedefenseequipment@gmail.com.
Age
You must be 18 or older to purchase Byrna products. This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
